Description[]
Cook is an older Halfling woman with freckled skin and frizzy red hair who grew up as an urchin in Capital, stealing food to provide for herself and the other homeless kids in their district. Despite her matronly appearance, she's quick with her cleaver and is learning to apply her knowledge of cooking chemistry for other uses (flash powder, smoke bombs, poisons, etc.) with the assistance of Buts.[1]
